Eligibility and Acceptance

  • By accessing Meet to Deal, you confirm you are authorized to act for yourself or your organization.
  • You agree to these Terms of Service and any event-specific rules shared by organizers.

Accounts and Verification

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate profile, company, and contact details.
  • Access can be limited or revoked if information is misleading or violates event policies.

Meeting Requests and Packs

  • Match packs and suggested meetings are recommendations based on event goals and shared data.
  • You are responsible for confirming meetings, showing up on time, and communicating changes.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the platform to spam, scrape data, or contact users outside agreed event boundaries.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential data you are not authorized to share.

Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of your content, but grant Meet to Deal a license to operate and improve the service.
  • Organizers may access attendee data needed to run the event, subject to their own policies.

Availability and Changes

  • The platform is provided as-is and may be updated, paused, or modified to improve performance.
  • We may update these terms with notice; continued use means you accept the updated version.

Termination

  • You can stop using the platform at any time by leaving events or requesting account closure.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the integrity of events.

Disclaimers and Limitations

  • Meet to Deal does not guarantee outcomes, funding, or deals between participants.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from meetings, communications, or event decisions.
